◆ Appetizer: Colorful spring vegetable tuna salad with sesame dressing

Sushi: Seafood thick roll with perilla leaves and two kinds of nigiri sushi with fresh fish of the day

◆Sashimi: Three kinds of recommended fresh spring fish sashimi

Main dish: Straw-grilled seared bonito from the first season off the coast of Tosa (salt or chili vinegar) with five condiments

◆Hot pot: Chosokabe specialty "Three kinds of fresh shellfish steamed by Daimyo"

Deep-fried food: Young bamboo shoots, sweetly simmered pork wrapped in shiso leaves, and demi-glace sauce

Grilled seafood stir-fried with salted koji and fresh pineapple

◆Finish with fresh pasta peperoncino steamed in a daimyo style

Dessert: Seasonal fruits and brown sugar syrup, kinako bracken starch mochi

★For an additional 500 yen, you can add seared seasonal fish.
