Sushi: Today's thick roll and two kinds of today's fresh fish nigiri

Grilled dish: Homemade roast beef tower with garlic pepper rice

Simmered dish: Yuzu-scented white fish and quick-cooked sweet potato, sprinkled with green onions

◆First dish: Sakidori chicken and cucumber with sesame dressing

Deep-fried food: Fried hot egg and tofu in dashi broth with mushroom, carrot and tortoiseshell sauce
